电针足三里穴对胃运动的影响及其与中缝大核的关系

摘要:
实验采用中缝大核(NRM)内微量注射、胃内压记录、针刺调节胃运动变化等方法,研究NRM相关神经递质、受体及细胞因子与电针影响大鼠胃运动之间的关系.结果显示,电针显著抑制胃收缩幅度,对胃收缩频率无影响.NRM内分别注入5-HT和IL-6均能加强针刺对胃收缩幅度的抑制效应. NRM内注入纳洛酮可反转针刺效应.NRM内注射L-NAME能加强针刺抑制胃收缩幅度的效应,而NRM内注射L-Arg则可减弱或反转针刺效应.结果表明,电针足三里穴可明显抑制胃收缩幅度,针刺效应可能是通过NRM中阿片肽实现的,并通过NO调节针刺效应.NRM中的5-HT及IL-6可影响针刺对胃收缩幅度的调节作用,神经、内分泌、免疫调节系统共同参与了针刺作用.

Relationship between the effect of electroacupuncturing Znsanli point on gastric motility and nucleus raphes magnus

Abstract:
To explore the relationship between the effect of electroacupuncture on gastric motility and the neurotransmitter、receptor and cell factor of nucleus raphes magnus (NRM), the following method has been carried out. Microinjection of drugs into NRM, the frequency and the amplitude of contractions of gastric motility were recorded. The results showed that electroacupuncture at “Zusanli” point in rats could cause inhibitory effect on the amplitude of the contractions of gastric motility.But there was no obvious change in the frequency of the contractions. Respective injection of 12.5 μg 5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT), 10 μg Nω-nitro-L- arginine-methylester(L-NAME) and 100 ng Interleukin-6 into NRM could markedly strengthen the inhibitory effect of electroacupuncture. Respective injection of 0.4 μg naloxon and 50 μg L-Argine(L-Arg) into NRM could abolish the inhibitory effect of electroacupuncture. 5-HT of raphe mediana medullae oblongatae could increase the amplitude of contractions of gastric motility. Injection of L-NAME into NRM in advance could partially decrease the early effect of 5-HT. Injection of naloxon and L-Arg respectively into NRM in advance could utterly reverse the effect of 5-HT on amplitude of contractions of gastric motility. It suggested that acupuncture could inhibit amplitude of contractions of gastric motility by activating endogenous opioid peptides. 5-HT、IL-6 and NO all were related to the effect of acupuncture. 5-HT also could increase the strength of amplitude of contractions of gastric motility by activating endogenous opioid peptides, and its effect was regulated by NO. Nervous system、endocrinium and immune system all were associated with the regulation of acupuncture to gastric motility.
