Abstract:
A new synthesis method of biodiesel fuel based on continuous flow reaction in presence of alkali and ultrasonic was studied. The factors influencing the ester exchange reaction were studied, such as reaction temperature, dosage of the catalyst and reaction time. Furthermore, the yield of the ester exchange under different reaction conditions was analyzed by using nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) technique. The results showed that the ester exchange was reached 99.9%under the optimal reaction condition.
