Abstract:
Using the simulator of circulating water, the effect of pipeline parameters on results of ultrasonic antiscale are studied, of which the caliber of pipeline and the geometry of pipeline are the major factors influencing the ultrasonic antiscale rate when the fluid temperature and flow rate are the same. It is proved that when the frequency and intensity of ultrasound are the same, the local antiscale rate in straight tube is higher than that in elbow and variable caliber ones, but the whole antiscale rates of the simulator are the same;the bigger the caliber is, the higher the local antiscale rate in straight tube is.
