声化学反应器中声场非线性研究

摘要:
推导了利用声压基频和二次谐频分量计算溶液中声场非线性参量的公式,并利用该公式计算了不同功率下侧壁黏结换能器水槽式声化学反应器中亚甲基蓝水溶液的声场非线性参量.结果表明,反应器中亚甲基蓝水溶液的声场非线性明显,低功率下非线性参量测量结果接近标准值,随激励功率增加导致声空化效应增强,非线性参量也随之而增大.

Abstract:
Formulas for researching acoustical nonlinear phenomena in the sonochemical reactor are derived by using the acoustic pressure of fundamental frequency and second-order resonant frequency, and the nonlinear parameters of acoustic field with variable powers are obtained by this method. The results show that the nonlinear phenomena is obvious, and under the condition of lower power the results are very close to the standard values. Moreover, the acoustic cavitation increases with the power, which cause the increase of nonlinear parameters.
