流动注射化学发光法测定血浆和尿液中的酒石酸美托洛尔

摘要:
酒石酸美托洛尔与Eu3+形成的配合物对KMnO4-Na2SO3化学发光反应具有强的增敏作用,据此建立了测定酒石酸美托洛尔的流动注射化学发光新方法.该方法测定酒石酸美托洛尔的线性范围为50×10-7~10×10-5g/mL,检出限为1×10-7g/mL.对浓度为10×10-6g/mL酒石酸美托洛尔溶液连续11次平行测定的相对标准偏差为14%.该方法已用于血浆和尿液中酒石酸美托洛尔含量的测定.

Determination of metoprolol tartrate in human plasma and urine by flow injection chemiluminescence

Abstract:
In this work, it was found that the weak signal from KMnO4-Na2SO3 reaction was greatly enhanced by Eu3+-metoprolol tartrate complex. Basted on this fact, a new flow injection chemiluminescence method for the determination of metoprolol tartrate was proposed. The linear range and detection limit for determination of metoprololtartrate are 50×10-7~10×10-5and 1×10-7g/mL, respectively. The relative standard deviation is 14%(n=11) for a level of 10×10-6g/mL metoprolol tartrate. This method was applied to the determination of metoprolol tartrate in human plasma and urine samples.
