迷迭香对大鼠脑组织抗氧化酶活性和MDA含量的影响

摘要:
选用SD大鼠建立大强度耐力训练模型,测定了SOD(超氧化物歧化酶)、CAT(过氧化氢酶)和GSH-Px(谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶)的活性以及反映脂质过氧化损伤程度的常用指标MDA(丙二醛)的含量.结果表明,迷迭香可以不同程度地增强大脑组织中抗氧化酶SOD、CAT和GSH-Px的活性,降低大脑组织中MDA的含量,这种作用在运动状态下更明显.提示迷迭香可以增加脑组织中的抗氧化酶活性,减轻大强度耐力训练对大鼠脑组织造成的脂质过氧化损伤,可能对防止运动中枢疲劳的发生具有一定的意义.

The Effect of Rosemary on the Antioxidase Activity and the Content of MDA in the Brain of Rats Trained by Maximus Intensive Endurance

Abstract:
The experiment objects were SD rats(♂) and the exercise model was set up by progressing the maximus intensive endurance training. The activity of SOD, CAT, GSH-Px and the content of MDA which reflects the degree of lipid peroxidation damage were determined. The results display that Rosemary can reinforce the activity of SOD, GSH-Px, CAT of the brain in the different level, reduce the content of MDA, and this action is even more evident in the state of exercise. The study hints that Rosemary can reinforce the activity of the in the brain, relieve the injury of Lipid peroxidation caused by the maximus intensive endurance training in the brain of rat, and is important to prevent the happening of motor center fatigue.
