基于自动绘制平面图的房产管理信息系统的设计与实现

摘要:

针对目前高等学校对房产管理信息化的需求，设计了基于MapX的房产管理信息系统,给出了系统的总体结构、主要功能、数据解决方案；采用了一种由房产属性数据自动绘制房产平面图的思路和方法；解决了系统所需的房产平面图来源于人工数字化的问题．

Abstract:

In the light of the feature for higher education building management, the building management information system based on MapX was designed. System′s total structure, main function and data solutions were proposed. Presents a solution by using rooms information automatic mapping. It solved the problem system building graphs from artificial digital.
