相转移催化合成橙花素

摘要:
报道了以溴乙烷和β-萘酚为原料 ,在相转移催化剂聚乙二醇(PEG—600)催化下合成橙花素的方法.考察了反应温度,相转移催化剂用量,反应物摩尔比,反应时间对产率的影响.当相转移催化剂用量为反应底物β-萘酚摩尔数的5%,β-萘酚与溴乙烷摩尔比为1∶12,反应温度为70℃,反应时间为5h时,产物收率可达到67.0%.

Synthesis of nerolin Ⅱ using PEG as phase transfer catalyst

Abstract:
A novel method for the synthesis of nerolin Ⅱ from the reaction between bromethane and β-naphthol in presence of phase transfer catalyst, polyethylene glycol (PEG—600), is described in this report. The effects of reaction conditions, including temperature, catalyst concentration, ratio of reactants, and reaction time, on the yield of product were systematically investigated. The product yield being 67.0% was achieved under the optimal conditions established in this study. The optimal conditions are obtained by experiment, the molar ratio of transfer catalyst to substrate β-naphthol being 5%, the molar ratio of β-naphthol to bromethane 0.83, temperature 70℃ and reaction time 5h.
