紫外光辐射对有机硅氧烷水解缩合过程的影响研究

摘要:
报道了一种在酸性条件下,利用紫外光辐照甲基丙烯酸丙酯三甲氧基硅烷(MAPTMS)水解缩合体系制备具有透明性杂化材料的新方法.同时,利用红外光谱和核磁共振氢谱在线跟踪监测MAPTMS的水解缩合过程.该研究结果表明,在杂化材料制备过程中,在不加入光敏剂条件下,通过光照使引入体系中的MAPTMS作为偶联剂其交联作用并非有机端烯键聚合发挥作用,而是通过无机端硅氧烷共缩合发挥偶联作用.

The effect of photo-irradiation on hydrolysis-condensation of MAPTMS

Abstract:
A method, employing ultraviolet light to irradiate a mixture of 3-methacryloxypropyltri-methoxysilanesilane (MAPTMS) and HCl for preparation of transparence hybrid material, was reported. Additionally, the processes of the hydrolysis and condensation of MAPTMS under non- irradiation and irradiation were followed by using 1H NMR and FT-IR. The results indicate that photo-irradiation could affect rates of hydrolysis and condensation of MAPTMS, which promotes formation of condensation product with a network molecular structure. The network molecular structure is related to polycondensation of silanol rather than polymerization of methacryl groups in MAPTMS.
