Abstract:
The job burnout belongs to a mental disease which is induced by work stress. This paper mainly concerns the summary about the physiopsychology mechanism of job burnout. The investigation shows that the reason of the job burnout may relate to person′s physiological and psychological state which involves biological and environmental factors. The main reason is that chronic stress could lead to a change in nervous system regulation through intermediate mechanisms of the brain, and finally causes a series of unfavorable stimulant impact on the organism systems,which may be related to the occupation. Some people may be influenced easily by the harmful physiological and psychological environments, which stimulates the anomalistic gene expression, and further causes the disease symptom. There are many factors inducing job burnout. The good effects may be obtained by synthetical precaution including psychology regulation, improvement of environment, rectificating behavior and so on.
