流动注射化学发光传感器测定血清中的氧氟沙星

摘要:
在酸性条件下,Ce(Ⅳ) 氧化Ru(bipy)2+3生成Ru(bipy)3+3,同时氧化氧氟沙星生成中间态的自由基,Ru(bipy)3+3和中间态自由基接触后能产生强烈的化学发光.利用该反应,将Ru(bipy)2+3固定在阳离子交换树脂上,结合流动注射分析技术,建立了一种测定氧氟沙星的流动注射化学发光传感器.结果表明,氧氟沙星浓度在2×10-7~8×10-6 mol/L(r=0.999 3)范围内与化学发光强度有良好的线性关系,检出限为6×10-8 mol/L (3σ),对5×10-6mol/L的氧氟沙星测定的相对标准偏差(RSD)为2.2%(n=11).该传感器成功地用于血清样品中的氧氟沙星的测定.

Flow-injection chemiluminescence sensor for detemination of ofloxacin in serum

Abstract:
A novel flow-injection chemiluminescence sensor for determination of ofloxacin (OFLX) is described in this paper.It was prepared by immobilizing the Ru(bipy)2+3 on a cation exchange resin column. OFLX and Ru(bipy)2+3 were oxided both by Ce(Ⅳ) into Ru(bipy)3+3 and intermediate radical in acidic condition.Then,OFLX was sensed by the chemiluminescence(CL) reaction based on the reaction between Ru(bipy)3+3 and intermediate radical.The linear range of OFLX concentration is 2×10-7~8×10-6 mol/L(r=0.999 3).The detection limit was 6×10-8 mol/L (3σ) and the RSD was 2.2% (5×10-6mol/L,n=11). This sensor has been successfully applied to determine ofloxacin in serum.
