跨视角的民族街区国际游客旅游消费行为研究

摘要:
从旅游消费客体出发,以旅游服务人员市场调查为基础,借助数学分析软件SPSS研究了西安市回民街外国游客在当地小餐饮店、旅游纪念品店和一般商品店的消费影响因素及行为表现.结果发现:在小餐饮店外国游客最关注的是服务态度,显著行为表现为时间观念强;旅游纪念品店受关注因素为外语能力,显著行为表现为讨价还价;一般商品店受关注因素为服务态度,显著行为表现为时间观念强;外国游客总体消费行为所关注因素是服务态度,显著行为表现为讨价还价.

An investigation of international tourists′ consumption in minorities region by a new perspective

Abstract:
From the objection of tourism consumption, and based on the survey of front-line staff in the tourism services market, factors affecting consumption and behaviors of foreign tourists′ consumption in local restaurants, tourist souvenir shops and general merchandise stores have been analysis in Huimin Street Xi′an city by using mathematical software of SPSS. The results showed that: the international tourists concerned about the service attitude, and representational behaviors is strong short of time in local restaurants; Tourists concerned about foreign language capabilities, and representational behaviors is bargaining in souvenir shops; the tourists concerned about the service attitude, and representational behaviors is strong short of time in normal shop, the tourists overall concerned factor is service attitude, and representational behaviors is bargaining.
