Abstract:
From the objection of tourism consumption, and based on the survey of front-line staff in the tourism services market, factors affecting consumption and behaviors of foreign tourists′ consumption in local restaurants, tourist souvenir shops and general merchandise stores have been analysis in Huimin Street Xi′an city by using mathematical software of SPSS. The results showed that: the international tourists concerned about the service attitude, and representational behaviors is strong short of time in local restaurants; Tourists concerned about foreign language capabilities, and representational behaviors is bargaining in souvenir shops; the tourists concerned about the service attitude, and representational behaviors is strong short of time in normal shop, the tourists overall concerned factor is service attitude, and representational behaviors is bargaining.
