过氧乙酸的现场电化学转换及其化学发光法测定

摘要:
通过碳糊电极上过氧乙酸的现场电化学转换及其原位化学发光检测,研究了过氧乙酸对鲁米诺在硼砂介质中弱电化学还原发光信号的强增敏作用,据此建立了一种新的过氧乙酸电化学发光分析方法.结果表明,在实验条件下相对电化学发光强度和过氧乙酸的浓度在8×10-9~2×10-6 mol/L范围内呈线性关系,检出限为2.7×10-9 mol/L(σ=3).对浓度为8×10-8 mol/L的过氧乙酸平行测定11次,相对标准偏差为0.3%.此方法可用于医用过氧乙酸消毒液中过氧乙酸的含量测定.

Abstract:
A novel selective eletrochemiluminescence(ECL) method for peroxyacetic acid detection was developed. It was based on peroxyacetic acid in-situ electro-converting and its enhancement for the weak CL signal of luminol CL system in saturated borax media. Under the optimally experimental conditions, the peroxyacetic acid concentration in the rang of 8×10-9~2×10-6 mol/L was proportional to the enhancing ELC signal and with a 2.3×10-9 mol/L detection limit. The relative standard deviation (n=11) was 3.2% for 8×10-8 mol/L peroxyacetic acid. The proposed method has been applied satisfactorily to the determination of peroxyacetic acid in disinfector for medicine.
