反铁电陶瓷(Pb0.94La0.04)(Zr0.55-xSn0.45Tix)O3的电学性能研究

摘要:
利用X射线衍射、电滞回线和弱场介电温度谱,研究了(Pb0.94La0.04)(Zr0.55-xSn0.45Tix)O3 (PLZST,0.14≤x≤0.20)陶瓷的相结构和宏观电学性能.结果表明,随着x含量的增加,材料逐渐由反铁电四方相(antiferroelectric tetragonal, AFET)转变为铁电三方相(ferroelectric rhombohedral, FER)和反铁电四方相共存.介电温谱显示,试样的介电常数(ε)在从AFET到顺电(paraelectric,PE)相变中均呈现弥散相变的特征,且随x含量的增加,ε和tan δ值的频率色散现象逐渐增强,这表明所研究的材料由正常反铁电体逐渐向弛豫型反铁电体过渡.最后从多元复杂化合物存在纳米限度组份非均匀的观点出发对其给予了解释.

Abstract:
The phases structure and electrical properties of (Pb0.94La0.04)(Zr0.55-xSn0.45Tix)O3(PLZST,0.14≤x≤0.20)were investigated through X-ray diffraction,Sawyer-Tower polarization,and dielectric spectroscopy. It was found that,as titanium content x increases,antiferroelectric tetragonal phase transforms to the coexistence of ferroelectric rhombohedral phase and antiferroelectric tetragonal phase. A diffused AFET-PE phase transition was investigated by dielectric spectroscopy. Moreover,dispersive frequency of ε and tanδ is more obvious with increasing titanium content,which indicates that normal antiferroelectrics are gradually changed into relaxation antiferroelectrics. The diffused phase transition and dielectric relaxor were explained based upon the nano-size phase separation of PLZST complex pervoskite compounds.
