Abstract:
To investigate the effect of aerobic exercise therapy on cell adhesion molecules and serum lipid in patients with hypertriglyceridemia(HTG), a total of 62 subjects with HTG were randomly divided into exercise therapy group and control group, and the level changes in plasma soluble intercellular adhesion molecule-1(slCAM-1) and soluble vascular cell adhesion molecule-1(sVCAM-1), serum Lipid were measured before and after 6 months observation. The results show that average levels of serum sICAM-1,sVCAM-1,Ps,Fig,TG and TC were significantly lowered in the exercise therapy group than those in control group at the end point of the 6 months observation (P
