2006年重庆特大旱灾及其原因分析

摘要:
从全国尺度和重庆局地尺度上分析了2006年重庆特大旱灾的灾情,在此基础上,从气候背景、环流特征、地形以及人文因素方面分析了其产生的原因.研究结果表明:此次高温干旱灾害是在全球变暖及重庆干旱易发期大背景下的一次极端气候事件.大气环流的异常是这次旱灾的主要原因,表现在副高偏北、偏西、偏强,青藏高压偏北、偏强,东亚阻高不明显,冷空气活动弱,台风的促进作用和水汽条件的不足,这些气候因子间相互作用、有机结合从动力和物质条件(水汽)两方面共同造成了高温干旱.地形和人文因素也促进了高温干旱,加剧了受灾程度.

Abstract:
Analyse the serious drought disaster of Chongqing in 2006 from large-scale in national and small-scale in local, based on this, analyse the causes about Climate backdrop circulation features, topography and human factors, the following conclusion are following: this high temperature and drought disasters in Chongqing is a extreme weather event on a global warming and drought-prone period of backdrop. Atmospheric circulation anomalies is the main reason for the current drought, the western Pacific subtropical high was more northerly, western, and stronger; the Tibetan high was more northerly and stronger, the blocking high in east Asia was not obvious, cold air was not activity. the accelerate role of typhoon conditions and lack of vapor. These climatic factors interact organic between dynamical and material prerequisites (moisture) beget the high temperature and drought. In addition, the topography and human factors also facilitated high temperature and drought, exacerbated the magnitude of the disaster.
