不同细胞株对血卟啉吸收特性的比较研究

摘要:
分别用不同浓度的血卟啉(Hematoporphyrin, Hp)依次孵育细胞,研究了S180、Eac、H22腹水型肿瘤细胞对其的吸收特性.结果表明,随着孵育时间的延长和孵育浓度的增加,腹水型肿瘤细胞对Hp的吸收也相应增加.当浓度≤50 μg/mL时,三种细胞对Hp的吸收量缓慢增加;当浓度大于50μg/mL时,细胞对Hp的吸收迅速,H22在60 min左右出现峰值.S180对Hp的吸收能力稍强于Eac,前两者明显强于H22,而且不同的浓度范围可能导致同一细胞对Hp的吸收差异.这种吸收特点可能与肿瘤细胞膜表面的差异以及本身结构和功能特性有关.

A comparison of uptake property of hematoporphyrin by different cell lines

Abstract:
The cells were incubated with hematoporphyrin Hp at different concentrations respectively. After then, the intracellular Hp concentration was measured by the fluorescence photometer and estimated based on the standard graph. The results showed that the intracelluar concentration of Hp would increase when Hp concentration and the incubated time were increased. The ability in assimilated Hp by S180 was sligthly stronger than that by Eac. Additionally, uptake of Hp by S180 and Eac were obviously greater than that by H22. There absorption differences would be attributed to the different cell nature.
