压电陶瓷变压器及其应用现状

摘要:
对压电陶瓷变压器的理论研究及应用现状作了较为全面的探讨和评述,并分析了存在的问题和今后发展方向.压电陶瓷变压器是一种新型固态电子器件,它具有结构及工艺制作简单、体积小、重量轻、无电磁噪声、无电磁式绕组、不可燃烧、完整性好以及大规模生产成本可以大幅度降低等优点.目前压电陶瓷变压器已在液晶显示器中的冷阴极管、霓虹灯管、激光管和X光管、高压静电喷涂、高压静电植绒和雷达显示管等方面得到广泛应用.

Abstract:
Piezoelectric transformers are new solid-state electronic devices. They have the advantages of simple process, small volume, light weight, no electromagnetic noise, no electromagnetic winding, no inflammation, good integrity and low cost. Piezoelectric transformers have been widely used in cold cathode, neon light tube; laser light, X-ray tube, high voltage static spraying, high voltage static flocking, and radar display screen. The current research status of piezoelectric transformers is reviewed, their applications are outlined, the difficulty in developing piezoelectric transformer is stressed, and the development trend is analyzed and predicted.
