Abstract:
By measuring the content of nitrogen monoxide in 80 subjects′ blood plasma, this paper studies the influence of the Taijiquan exercise plus hormone supplement synthesis therapy on the content of nitrogen monoxide in menopause women′s blood plasma. It is shown that the content of nitrogen monoxide in the subjects′ blood plasma, who are required to do Taijiquan exercise and supplement hormone, has not only been improved, but also been higher than other comparing groups. After the test has been finished for 16 weeks, the decrease rate of the nitrogen monoxide content in the subjects′ blood plasma is still lower than that of the other comparing groups. It shows that Taijiquan exercise plus hormone supplement synthesis therapy has play an active role in improving and maintaining the nitrogen monoxide content in women′s blood plasma, and it is physically magnificent for preventing and controlling menopause women′s feminine cardiovascular system disease.
