Abstract:
Proceeds from fragile ecological environment in the Northwest, proposed the view of implementing ecological authentication in every ecological function district of the Northwest. This paper compares and analyses ecological authentication between existing green authentication and FSC international forest authentication ,points out the ecological authentication′s pertinence to the Northwest, designs the concrete operation procedure of ecological authentication, and lists vegetation range of ecological authentication, measuring laboratory ,etc. This paper divides the Northwest into four ecological function areas, has expounded the fact in the main content of ecological authentication in different ecological functions district, evaluates the vegetation grade and sets up the database system of vegetation in the Northwest.
