Abstract:
H∞ control problem of singularly perturbed systems is discussed by using linear matrix inequality approach. Combining a singularly perturbed system with the related generalized system, a condition for the H∞ performance of singularly perturbed systems is derived. Based on it, a sub-optimal controller is explicitly constructed.The proposed result can be applied not only to standard case,but also to nonstandard singularly perturbed systems. The result of a simulated example shows that the method is effective.
