入境旅游者对我国旅游形象认知的实证研究

摘要:
通过旅游者认知指数的测度方法分析了2006年入境旅游者在旅游前和旅游后对我国旅游整体形象的认知,研究揭示:入境旅游者在来华后对我国旅游形象的认知水平高于来华前的认知水平,其主要原因是旅游信息的隔域及来华旅游体验质量的影响;通过因子分析提取了导致入境旅游者对我国整体旅游形象认知的主导因素为社会发展水平和旅游吸引力.在此基础上提出了2008年奥运旅游形象建设的部分建议.

Abstract:
Tourism image is an important part of research on development of tourism destination. This article analyzes the inbound tourists′ cognition about China tourism image before and after visiting China with a method of TCI, the results reveal that the level of inbound tourists′ cognition about China tourism image after visiting China is higher than before visiting China. The main reasons are the construct of tourism information and the tourist′s experience level in China. By using factor analysis, we also find that the social development level and the attraction of tourism destination are main affective factors. In the end, we put forward some advises for tourism image of Beijing Olympic Games.
