Abstract:
Collective land calculation is an inevitable phenomenon in the process of economic development, the land circulation in the villages inside cities is a typical representative in this phenomenon. In view of collective land circulation in the villages inside cities, the nationalized circulation pattern, right transition and interests sharing circulation pattern and the “one village, two systems” circulation pattern were put forward. The revenue calculation methods of the three patterns were analyzed. Finally, study on the case of collective revenue calculation in one city, proposed the “one village, two systems” pattern should be the preferred option.
