Abstract:
Based on practical survey and multi-disciplinary methods ,this paper has analyzed the drive mechanism of recreational belt around Xi′an city and discussed the categories and the spatial structure of attractions in the outskirts of Xi′an. It concludes that the structure of recreational belt around Xi′an city has the feature of concentric-circles. It has been divided into six layers: artificial entertainment zone, suburb leisure layer, human sightseeing layer, outskirt vacation zone, natural sightseeing zone, and Qinling original ecosystem area. According to the status of the tourism development of Xi′an, it put forward measures in targeted to the tourism development of the six circle layers.
