凌阳SPCE061A单片机超声测距系统设计

摘要:
应用凌阳SPCE061A单片机原理,设计了由软件及硬件组成的超声波非接触式测距系统.该系统采用单片机控制时间计数和超声波发射及接收,并用集成芯片CX20106A改进传统的分立元件组成的接收电路,从而减少了电路元件之间的干扰.利用测得的回波时间,由自编的程序计算并显示出实测距离.结果表明,该系统具有硬件结构简单、工作可靠、流程清晰等优点,并能实现语音实时播报.

Abstract:
An non-contact ultrasonic distance testing system based on surplus SPCE061A microprocessor is presented, and the software and hardware are introduced. The time counting and both the transmiting and receiving of the ultrasonic wave are controlled by the microprocessor. The traditional discrete components of the receiving circuit is improved by using the integrated chip CX20106A. The system is miniaturized and the interferences among the circuit components are reduced. The measured distance can be calculated and displayed via the echo time by the assembler. The features of the simple hardware, stable operation and distinct programme flow are incarnated in the proposed system and the results can also be pronounced in real-time.
