碱性介质中双嘧达莫荧光特性研究

摘要:
研究了双嘧达莫在酸性、中性和碱性介质中的荧光性质,发现在碱性介质中双嘧达莫有最大的荧光强度.据此,建立了一种简单灵敏的双嘧达莫荧光分析新方法.结果表明,双嘧达莫的线性范围为1.0×10-9~1.0×10-7 g/mL,检出限为3.0×10-10 g/mL.此外,通过测定双嘧达莫在不同介质中的荧光量子产率,解释了在碱性介质中双嘧达莫具有强荧光特性的原因.

Investigation on fluorescence property of dipyridamole in basic medium

Abstract:
The fluorescence properties of dipyridamole were studied in acidic, neutral and basic medium. It was found that the fluorescence intensity of dipyridamole in basic medium is the strongest among the media we studied. Based on the phenomena, a simple and sensitive fluorometric method for determination of dipyridamole was developed. The linear range of this method was 1.0×10-9~1.0×10-7 g/mL, and the detection limit was 3.0×10-10 g/mL. Furthermore, the fluorescence quantum yields of dipyridamole in various media were measured in order to explain the phenomena.
