超声提取对丹参药材中脂溶性成分的影响

摘要:
通过超声提取丹参药材粉和小节状中的丹参酮ⅡA及隐丹参酮成分小样品实验研究,确立了超声提取丹参药材中脂溶性成分的最佳提取条件,探讨了超声对提取小批量丹参药材中脂溶性成分的影响,并进行了液相色图谱对比.结果表明,超声提取可用于医药工业大生产的提取工艺,所提得的丹参酮ⅡA和隐丹参酮成分与浸泡提取法所得结果比较,结构未变,提取时间短,提取率高.提取最佳条件为用体积分数为90%、料液比为1∶5的乙醇,超声提取45 min.应用此方法提取,丹参药材中的丹参酮ⅡA和隐丹参酮含量分别可达0.285 6%和0.355 5%.

Abstract:
To extract medicinal materials of salvia miltorrhiza powder and both tanshinoneⅡA and cryptotanshinone component in knobble portion using ultrasonic extraction, the optimum extraction conditions are established about component of liposoluble in medicinal materials of danshen. Based on which it is explored how to extract a little bunch of component of liposoluble in medicinal materials of danshen, and the comparison is made on fingerprint picture between ultrasonic extraction and immersion extraction. The result shows that ultrasonic extraction is suitable to craft of medicine industry production. The structure of tanshinone ⅡA and cryptotanshinone gotten from the experiment is same as that of those obtained by soakage method. The optimum conditions are present as: the volume density is 90%, the rate of ethanol is 1:5, the extraction time is 45 min, the content of tanshinoneⅡA and cryptotanshinone in medicinal materials of danshen are 0.285 6% and 0.355 5%.
