水热法制备ZnS纳米粒子

摘要:
采用水热法以尿素作为矿化剂,在较宽温度范围(120~200℃)下均制备出了立方闪锌矿结构的ZnS纳米粒子.X射线粉末衍射(XRD)确定所制备样品均为纯ZnS,透射电镜(TEM)表明产品的形貌是球形,小角X射线散射(SAXS)进一步证实ZnS纳米粒子平均粒径约为10 nm.UV-vis吸收谱表明样品有一定的量子尺寸效应.

Abstract:
Using urea as mineralizer, the cubic sphalerite ZnS nanoparticle are synthesized through hydrothermal method in the wide temperature range of 120℃~200℃. X-ray diffraction spectra demonstrate that the prepared samples are pure ZnS products, the images of transmission electron microscopy indicate that the ZnS products are spherical, small angle X-ray scattering further confirms that the average size of ZnS nanoparticle is about 10 nm.The UV-vis absorption spectra suggest that the samples may have some quantum size effects.
