抗性负载下常见形状函数变幅杆振动特性的比较

摘要:
利用数值计算方法,分析和比较了3种常见形状函数变幅杆在抗性负载下的振动特性.结果表明,变幅杆的共振频率随容性负载增大而升高,随感性负载增大而降低;位移振幅放大系数随容性负载增大而减小,随感性负载增大先增大后减小.圆锥形变幅杆的共振频率和位移振幅放大系数受负载的影响相对较小,但是在小负载情况下,悬链线形变幅杆和指数形变幅杆有位移振幅放大系数大的优势.

Abstract:
The vibration characteristics of three common shape functional ultrasonic transformers with reactive load are analyzed by numerical calculation. The result shows that the resonance frequency elevates with the increase of capacitive load, while it reduces with the increase of inductive load. The amplitude magnification coefficient decreases with the increase of capacitive load, while it increases at first and then decreases with the increase of inductive load. The resonance frequency and amplitude magnification coefficient of conical transformers are less influenced by load, but catenary and exponent transformers have their advantage on amplitude magnification coefficient on little load condition.
