锆钛比变化对PZT-PZN-PMS压电陶瓷相结构及电学性能的影响

摘要:
通过传统固相法合成了四元系压电陶瓷材料Pb095Sr005(Zr1-xTix)O3-Pb(Mn1/3 Sb2/3)O3-Pb(Zn1/3Nb2/3)O3 (简称PZT-PMS-PZN),用XRD技术分析了陶瓷的相结构,研究了不同Zr/Ti比对该材料的机械品质因数Qm、机电耦合系数KP、压电常数d33、介电常数εr以及介电损耗tan δ的影响. 结果表明,当046≤x≤050时,材料四方与菱方两相共存,即为材料的准同型相界.当x=048且烧结温度为1150 ℃时,陶瓷具有优良的综合电学性能.其主要性能参数为: εr=1 761, tan δ=0002 8,Qm=1 300, d33=351 pC/N, Kp=058.该材料可作为大功率压电陶瓷变压器的候选材料.

Abstract:
Piezoelectric ceramics with the compositions of Pb095Sr005(Zr1-xTix)O3-Pb(Mn1/3Sb2/3)O3-Pb(Zn1/3Nb2/3)O3 (PZT-PMS-PZN) ceramics were successfully prepared by a conventional mixed-oxide method. The effects of Zr/Ti ratio varying in the vicinity of the morphotropic phase boundary (MPB) on the phase structure and electrical properties of PZT-PMS-PZN ceramics have been investigated. The results of XRD indicate that the MPB is a broad composition range of 046≤x≤050. When x is at 048, the piezoelectric ceramics have excellent properties, which are listed as follows: εr=1 761, tanδ=00 028, Qm=1 300, d33=351pC/N, KP=058. The results show that the ceramics are very promising materials for high power piezoelectric transformer applications.
