镉对中国林蛙肾组织结构的毒性效应

摘要:
采用不同剂量的Cd2+溶液对中国林蛙(Rana chensinensis)成体隔日皮下注射染毒,光镜下观察肾组织的显微结构变化.结果表明,在以每次剂量为0.1 mg/kg的Cd2+溶液注射20次后,肾小管上皮细胞未发生明显变化;以每次剂量为0.25 mg/kgCd2+溶液注射20次后,以及剂量为 0.5 mg/kg、1 mg/kg和2.5 mg/kgCd2+溶液注射10次后,肾近曲小管上皮细胞出现不同程度的浊肿、水样变性和脂肪样变等现象;在每次剂量为6 mg/kg Cd2+溶液注射4~7次、每次剂量为12 mg/kg Cd2+溶液注射2~4次时,近曲小管上皮出现糜烂,远曲小管上皮也有不同程度的变性,肾小球发生变形.说明两栖动物的镉染毒,随着镉剂量的增加和处理时间的延长,肾组织损伤程度加重.

Abstract:
To research the effect of cadmium on the renal microstructure of amphibian, Rana chensinensis were subcutaneously injected in different doses of Cd2+ solution every 48 hours, the change in renal microstructure was observed employing an optical microscope. The results showed that for the dose of 0.1 mg/kg Cd2+ solution, no distinct change was observed in epithelia of the renal tubules, for the doses of 0.25 mg/kg, 0.5 mg/kg, 1 mg/kg and 2.5 mg/kg Cd2+ solution, the epithelia of proximal renal tubules displayed swelling, distortion and vacuolar casts in different degree, for the doses of 6 mg/kg and 12 mg/kg Cd2+ solution, the proximal renal tubule necrotized, cells of the distal convoluted tubule and the glomeruli distorted to some extent. The results indicate that the kidney of amphibian is damaged more severely with increase in the doses of cadmium and time treated.
