微量元素复合物对几种肥料微生物生长的影响

陶树兴,男,副教授,主要从事应用微生物学方面的研究.
摘要:
采用液体振荡培养,研究了Mn、B、Zn、Cu和Mo 5种微量元素复合物对4种肥料微生物生长的影响.结果表明,当MnCl2·4H2O、H3BO4、ZnSO4·7H2O、CuSO4·5H2O、Na2MoO4·H2O 5种无机盐的质量浓度高于1.00 g/L时,对圆褐固氮菌、巨大芽孢杆菌、胶质芽孢杆菌和细黄链霉菌的生长有显著抑制作用;而浓度为0.01 g/L时,对4种细菌的生长则有显著促进作用.

Abstract:
Using the liquid vibration culture,the effect of trace element mixture on growth of several kinds of fertilizer microbes was studied. The results indicate that the growthes of Azotobacter chroococcum, Bacillus megatherium, B.mucilaginosus and Streptomyces microflavus are suppressed respectively when the total concentrations of MnCl2·4H2O、H3BO4、ZnSO4·7H2O、CuSO4·5H2O、Na2MoO4·H2O reach 1.00 g/L. However, the growthes of these fertilizer microbes are obviously promoted when the total concentration is 0.01 g/L.
