α-硫辛酸对训练大鼠体内糖储备及运动能力的影响

摘要:

采用SD大鼠进行大强度耐力训练，同时服用α-硫辛酸，6周后取材测定血糖、肝糖原、肌糖原、血清胰岛素、胰高血糖素，探讨α-硫辛酸对训练大鼠糖储备和运动能力的影响．结果表明，通过大强度耐力训练，服用α-硫辛酸的大鼠血糖、肝糖原、肌糖原、胰岛素和胰高血糖素水平均显著高于运动对照组(P<0.01)；服用α-硫辛酸的大鼠运动能力明显提高，与运动对照组相比，具有极显著性差异(P<0.01)．说明α-硫辛酸可使大强度耐力训练大鼠体内糖储备显著增加，同时可以提高胰岛激素水平，并提高了运动能力．

Abstract:

To study the effect of α-lipoic acid on glucose reserve and moving capacity of training rats, SD rats were exercised in the great intensity when SD rats were taken α-lipoic acid. The indexes such as blood glucose, hepatic glycogen, muscle glycogen, blood serum insulin and glucagon were determined so that some information about the effects were obtained.
