Abstract:
This article reports a method for the simultaneous separation and determination of oxalic acid (OA), tartaric acid(TA), malic acid (MA), citric acid(CA) and succinic acid(SA) in Baohewan by reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatography (RP-HPLC). Analytical column was Lichrospher -C18, mobile phase was (NH4)2HPO4-H3PO4 aqueous solution(pH 2.8) and detected wavelength was 210 nm. The results show that the linear ranges for five constituents are 2.6×10-7~1.3×10-5g,3.0×10-7~1.5×10-5g,4.8×10-7~2.4×10-5g,6.9×10-7~3.5×10-5g,7.7×10-7~3.9×10-5g, respectively. The limitary detection for five constituents are 6.4×10-9g,7.5×10-9g,1.2×10-8g,1.8×10-8g,2.0×10-8g, respectively. The proposed method has been applied to the determination of OA,TA,MA,CA and SA in Baohewan with satisfactory results.
