Abstract:
The noise spectra of ultrasonic cleaners are measured by two methods, and the noise characteristics are discussed. The results show that noise spectrum of ultrasonic cleaner has a broadband and contains largely high frequency components, and its basic frequency depends on the working frequency of ultrasonic cleaner. The noise spectra of ultrasonic cleaners of different working frequencies are distinctly different. When working frequency increases, the acoustic pressures corresponeing to basic frequency and other components decrease. The results obtained by two methods are in good agreement.
