复合多段式变幅杆优化设计及声学特性分析

摘要:
利用传输矩阵理论,分析了复合多段变幅杆性能参数的共性,进而将各声学参量由一个公式统一描述.结果表明,用这种方法设计复合多段变幅杆,变幅杆最大放大系数对应于过渡段杆长的一个最佳值,随着杆长比的增大,变幅杆的形状因数变小,且变化趋势随面积函数的不同而不同.

Optimization design of compound ultrasonic horns and analysis of acoustic characteristics

Abstract:
The general characters of the compound horns are analyzed based on the transfer matrix ideas. Then a unified equation which contains various acoustic coefficients is put forward, and in this way some characteristics of the compound horns are analyzed and discussed. The results show there is a optimal value of the length and on which the amplification factor is largest, the shape factor is decreasing following the increase of the length, and the tendency is changing with the different area functions.
