中国省际环境与发展关系及水气偏离类型研究

摘要:
选取2002—2004年截面数据,以人均废水、人均废气、万?捣纤⑼蛟-捣掀欧帕课副辏治隽酥泄〖肚蚧肪秤敕⒄沟墓叵?统计模型显示,随着人均国内生产总值(Gross Domestic Product, GDP)的增加,人均废气、废水排放量呈直线增长态势,万?捣纤⒎掀欧帕砍手甘ゼ跆?在此基础上,依据实际统计值与模型估计值的相对偏差,分析了中国各省级区域经济发展偏气性和偏水性特征,并将全国31个省市区划分成3种水气偏离类型,为各省级区域制定大气和水环境政策提供科学依据.

Relationship between environment with development and gas-water deviation types in China

Abstract:
Using the section data of 31 provinces in China for 2002—2004, Taking the emission amounts of waste gases and water per capita and per 104¥ RMB production as indexes, the relation between of the regional environmental loads of gas and water with per capita Gross Domestic Product (GDP) is analysis among the provinces in China, the four statistical models are established. The results shows: that per capita waste gases and water is beeline rise with per capita GDP, and the waste gases and water per 104 ¥ RMB production is exponential attenuation with per capita GDP. Taking the per capita GDP as key index, and considering the waste gases and waste water emission at one time, the 31 provinces is classified 3 environment- development types according to the warps of statistics data and model estimate value, the relatively deviation index of 31 provinces is calculated. At last, colligating considering regional combination of gases and water deviation index, the 31 provinces was classified eight deviation types of gases and water.
