Abstract:
The offect of Indole-3-acetic acids combined with Horseradish peroxidase on K562 cell proliferation was Studied. Cell proliferation was determined by MTT assay and cell count assay. Cell cycle and apoptosis of K562 cell were examined by fluorescence flow cytometer (FCM) and terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase-mediated dUTP nick end labeling (TUNEL), respectively. The resules indicates that even though IAA and HRP could partly inhibit K562 cell proliferation, there were no significant differences in compare with control. But IAA/HRP could inhibit K562 cell proliferation prominently. And the result of FCM showed that cell cycle of K562 arrested at G2/M phase. K562 cell apoptosis was induced by IAA/HRP, and a positive correlation was found between apoptosis rate and IAA's concentration (r=0.971, P
