硫化镉纳米粒子荧光淬灭测定柳氮磺吡啶

摘要:
以硫代乙酰胺(TAA)与Cd2+在碱性溶液中反应制备了CdS荧光纳米粒子,该纳米粒子的荧光强度强烈的被药物成分柳氮磺吡啶所淬灭,建立了一种高选择性的测定柳氮磺吡啶的荧光分析新方法.结果表明,在pH值为11-2时,对于柳氮磺吡啶的检测下限可达到1×10-7 g/mL,线性范围为5-0×10-7 g/mL~1-0×10-4 g/mL.方法已用于药片中柳氮磺吡啶的测定.

A method for determination of sulfasalazine based on fluorescence quenching of CdS nanoparticles

Abstract:
CdS nanoparticle was synthesized by reaction of Cd2+ and TAA (thiacetamide) in alkaline medium. Based on the fluorescence intensity of CdS nanoparticle weakened by sulfasalazine, a highly selective fluorescence method for sulfasalazine has been developed. The result showed that the detection limit was 1×10-7 g/mL and the linear ranged from 5-0×10-7~1-0×10-4 g/mL when the pH was in 11-2. This method has been successfully applied to analyzing of sulfasalazine in tables.
