Abstract:
Tourism information has a directional influence on tourism decision-making and behavior and its large-scale flow is an important decisive force in the organizational form and spatial pattern of regional tourism market. Based on the tourism information flow represented by Baidu index, the methods of social network analysis and geographic detector are used to analyze the characteristics and influencing factors of the spatial network of China′s provincial tourism information flow. The results show that there is a weakening trend in the overall relationship of China′s provincial tourism information flow spatial network.A “core-edge” structure is obviously shown as well. The scale, correlation and control efficiency of tourism information flow show an obvious characteristics of “source-destination” two-dimensional spatial dissimilation structure. The information flow of inter-provincial tourism flows outward from the eastern region and inward into the western region of China, showing a overall flow of information from east to west. The association level of information flow in tourist destinations decreases from the southwest region to the northeast region and the correlation level of information flow in tourist sources decreases from the eastern region to the central and western region. The tourism market information flow of destination and tourist source area is characterized by agglomeration, integration and spatial correlation. The effective utilization of tourism information flow for spatial radiation correlation in each province shows a spatial distribution of “S” type, which is strong in the east and west followed by the middle and weak in the north and south. China′s tourism information flow network in the “source-destination” two spatial dimensions is influenced by three forces of “thrust-pull-resistance” with clear direction and strength difference, showing an obvious difference in spatial effect.
