测定甲氧氯普胺的化学发光新体系

摘要:
基于在碱性条件下, 甲氧氯普胺能够与鲁米诺和亚铁氰化钾产生化学发光的现象, 结合流动注射技术,建立了测定甲氧氯普胺的化学发光新体系.结果表明,该方法测定甲氧氯普胺的线性范围为8.0×10-8~1.0×10-4g/mL, 检出限为4.0×10-8g/mL ,对8.0×10-5g/mL 的甲氧氯普胺标准溶液连续11 次测定的相对标准偏差为1.6%.方法已成功应用于药片中甲氧氯普胺含量的测定.

A new chemilumnescence system for the determination of metoclopramide

Abstract:
Based on the reaction between metoclopramide, alkaline luminol and potassium ferrocyanide to produce chemiluminescence, a new chemiluminescence system with flow injection technology for the determination of metoclopramide has been proposed in this paper. The linear range for the determination of metoclopramide was 8.0×10-8~1.0×10-4g/mL with the detection limit of 4.0×10-8g/mL. The RSD was 1.6% for 8.0×10-5g/mL metoclopramide (n=11). The method has been successfully applied to the determination of metoclopramide in tablet.
