余弦形变幅杆的理论研究及模态分析

摘要:
根据变截面杆纵向振动的波动方程,推导了余弦形变幅杆的频率方程和重要参数的计算公式.用数学软件Matlab设计了同工作频率、不同面积比的余弦形变幅杆;再用有限元软件ANSYS进行模态分析,确定了共振频率.结果表明,余弦形变幅杆共振频率的模态分析值与理论值比较吻合,平均相对误差为1.86%.

Abstract:
Based on the wave equation of longitudinal vibration of variable cross-session rod, the frequency equation and parameter formula of cosine horn are educed, the cosine horn with same frequency and different area ratio is designed by using Matlab language. Finally, the modal analysis is obtained and the resonance frequency is determined by using finite element software ANSYS. It is shown that the simulation result is consistent with that of the theory and the average relative error is 1.86%.
