Z型固体激光腔热动力图解分析

摘要:
运用图解分析方法,研究了热透镜效应下Z型折叠固体激光腔的工作特性.得到了谐振腔各腔臂中的光模参数bt、b2、b3及光斑尺寸wt、w2、w3随激光介质焦距的变化关系.结果表明,这种谐振腔具有较宽的热稳定范围,热稳定范围及基模光斑尺寸可通过调整腔参数来改变,其中关键参数为第一臂长度l0+f1.在选定腔镜的前提下,l0+f1愈小,热稳定范围愈宽,wt愈小.第二臂长度对热稳定范围及光斑半径有着相似的影响.

Thermal dynamical graphic analysis of a Z type solid laser resonator

Abstract:
A graphic analysis method is used to analyze the working characteristic under the effect of thermal lens of laser medium of a Z type folded laser resonator. The relationship of laser mode parameters bt、b2、b3 and beam waists wt、w2、w3 varied with focal length of thermal lens are obtained. The results shown that this type of resonator has a wider thermal stable range compared with other similar resonator, the stable range and beam waists can be changed by adjusting the parameter of resonator, in which the key parameter is the length l0+f1 of first arm. For the given resonator mirrors, the shorter l0+f1, the wider thermal stable range, and the smaller wt is. The length of second arm has a similar effects on stable range and beam radius.
