基于被动空化检测的兔腹主动脉空蚀损伤评价

摘要:
超声空蚀内皮损伤诱导的局部可控兔腹主动脉粥样硬化斑块模型可克服现有斑块动物模型建模方法存在的斑块大小、位置不可控等问题,同时需要对建模过程中兔腹主动脉的空化损伤程度进行有效的评价。本文使用相变纳米液滴作为人工空化核对兔腹主动脉进行聚焦超声空化损伤,并利用被动声学检测的方法分析血管内皮损伤过程中的被动空化信号,计算惯性空化剂量,同时与实际血管壁损伤程度的病理观察结果进行对比,结果表明:惯性空化剂量与血管内皮损伤程度相关,可用作建模过程中间接评价内皮损伤情况的参数。

Evaluation of atherosclerotic plaque animal modeling process induced by ultrasonic cavitation injury

Abstract:
Localized and controllable rabbit abdominal aorta atherosclerosis (AS) model induced by ultrasound cavitation endothelial injury may overcome the disadvantages of uncontrollable plaque size and site in present existing AS animal model. The cavitation injury degree of rabbit abdominal aorta needs to be evaluated during the modeling process.The phase-change nanodroplets were used as artificial cavitation nucleus to damage the rabbit abdominal aorta endothelium under focused ultrasound exposure, and passive cavitation detect was used to analyze the passive cavitation signal and calculate the inertial cavitation dosage (ICD). Compared with the pathology results of vessel wall damage, it was found that ICD was related with the degree of abdominal aortic injury and can be used as a parameter to indirectly evaluate vascular cavitation injury.
