径向振动压电超声换能器的发展及应用

摘要:
径向振动压电换能器具有辐射面积大、指向性均匀、接收灵敏度高及性能稳定等优点,在水声领域应用广泛。随着功率超声应用技术的发展,近几十年来大功率复合型径向振动超声换能器逐步发展起来,并在声化学反应、污水处理等超声液体处理领域应用越来越广。本文回顾了径向振动压电超声换能器的发展历程并对其应用进行了概述,重点分析了圆管型压电陶瓷换能器、复合型圆管压电换能器、径向复合压电超声换能器的技术原理和存在的问题,并展望了大功率径向振动换能器的设计思路和不同应用场景中的设计方法。

Abstract:
The radial vibration piezoelectric transducers have been widely used in the field of underwater for their large radiation area and uniform directivity in the radial direction as well as high receiving sensitivity and stable performance. With the development of the high power ultrasonics, a class of high power radial vibration piezoelectric transducers are presented and developed which are widely used in the application of sonochemistry and sewage treatment and other fields in recent decades, the development and application of the radial vibration piezoelectric ultrasonic transducer is outlined. The new developments and the techniques of some new kind of high-power radial vibration composite ultrasonic piezoelectric transducer including:piezoelectric tubular transducer,composite tubular transducer,radial composite piezoelectric ultrasonic transducer are mainly introduced, and the corresponding technology problems for the design of the transducers are analyzed and prospected.
