Abstract:
Shangluo wild S. miltiorrhiza B. and Shangluo S. miltiorrhiza B. of intercropping and monocropping tillage were selected respectively as samples, and the contents of tanshinone, salvianolic acid, S. miltiorrhiza polysaccharides and total flavonoids were determined respectively by HPLC or colorimetry. The effects of different tillage patterns on the main medicinal components of Shangluo S. miltiorrhiza B. were discussed. The results showed that the contents of tanshinone, Salvianolic acid B, S. miltiorrhiza polysaccharides and the total flavonoids in Shangluo wild S. miltiorrhiza B. were the highest among the samples, and they respectively reached 0.925%, 9.27%, 3.14% and 2.895 mg/g; as for intercropping S. miltiorrhiza, the contents in S1 respectively reached 0.834%, 7.07%, 2.52% and 2.666 mg/g, and the contents in S2 respectively reached 0.848%, 7.14%, 2.53% and 2.711 mg/g; the minimus content was monocropping S. miltiorrhiza B, but the quality of S. miltiorrhiza B. in different tillage patterns all met the national pharmacopoeia standard. At the same time, the quality of intercropping S. miltiorrhiza B. is better than that of monocropping, and the implementation of economic forests intrecropping can not only reduce the differences in the content of medicinal components between artificial-cultivated and wild S. miltiorrhiza B, but relieve the shortage of land resources, both of which have instructional significance for the standardized cultivation of S. miltiorrhiza B..
