Abstract:
Different ingredients of pharmaceuticals have been choosen to screen fungicides which can prevent and treat Akebia trifoliate leaf spot by grouth rate and spore germination assay. The inhibition test of agents on the mycelial grouth rate showed that tebuconazole among the screened agents is best, while polyoxins is weakest. The inhibition test of spores of pathogen showed that the ability to inhibit spore germination of the drugs in the order is tebuconazole,mancozeb,iprodione,chlorothalonil,Polyoxin,pyrimidine nucleoside antibacterial agent. Experiments showed that Tebuconazole, mancozeb and iprodione can be choosen as fungicides to prevent and control disease occurrence.
