改性球状介孔二氧化硅对Pd(Ⅱ)的循环吸附

摘要:
采用球状介孔SiO2为载体,通过改变3氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷(APTES)加入量,制备了氨基修饰球状介孔SiO2(SiO2NH2),并探索了其最佳制备条件。XRD谱图及TEM结构分析表明,球状介孔SiO2为蠕虫状介孔结构,孔径约为5 nm。元素分析结果表明,APTES加入量为1.0 mL(SiO2NH2(1.0))时,氨基的修饰效果最好。以改性复合材料为载体,对Pd2+进行了循环吸附研究,五次循环吸附后,对Pd2+吸附效率仍到达71%,其质量损耗仅为7.3%;材料本身的微球状使得整个循环过程操作简单,省时省力,产物的重复利用率较高,说明制备的改性介孔材料是一种较好的吸附材料。

Abstract:
Aminomodified spherical mesoporous silica (SiO2NH2) was prepared by changing the amount of APTES (3Aminopropyltriethoxysilane),and the optimum preparation conditions were explored.The results of XRD and TEM showed that the spherical mesoporous silica in an average diameter of 5.0 nm is of wormlike mesoporous structure with good monodispersion. Elemental analysis showed that the aminomodified effect is the best when the amount of APTES is 1 mL(SiO2NH2(1.0)).The prepared SiO2NH2 as an adsorbent for the adsorption of Pd2+ and the regeneration of the adsorbent were investigated. The experiment results showed the adsorption efficiency reaches 71% with the mass loss of only 7.3% after five cyclic adsorptions. The modified spherical mesoporous silica with good absorbability, reproducibility, eroding resistion and easyhandle of operation may have significant applicability as a reusable adsorbent.
