健美操运动结合藤黄果提取物对肥胖女大学生脂代谢及身体形态的影响

摘要:
以40名女大学生为实验对象,将其分成4组:服用安慰剂组(A 组)、健美操运动组(B组)、服用藤黄果提取物组(C组)、健美操运动结合藤黄果提取物组(D组),测定实验(12周)前、后甘油三酯(TG)、血清总胆固醇(STC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDLC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDLC)、体脂(PBF)等生物化学指标;测定体质量(BM)、身体质量指数(BMI)、腰臀比(WHR)、肩脚下部皮褶厚度(SST)、肱三头肌皮褶厚度(TST)、腹部皮褶厚度(AST)等形态学指标,以探讨健美操运动结合藤黄果提取物对肥胖女大学生脂代谢的影响。结果表明:12周实验前、后比较,A组TG、STC、HDLC、LDLC含量和PBF变化无显著性差异(P>0.05),B组、C组和D组TG、STC、LDLC和PBF含量下降(P<0.01或P<0.05),HDLC含量上升(P<0.05)。A组BM、BMI、WHR变化无显著性差异(P>0.05),B组、C组和D组BM、BMI、WHR下降(P<0.05或P<0.01)。A组SST、TST、AST变化无显著性差异(P>0.05),B组、C组和D组SST、TST、AST下降(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结果提示,藤黄果提取物的作用是限制脂肪合成(限肥),而非促进脂肪的分解(减肥),其主要机理是藤黄果提取物中的HCA是ECC的竞争性抑制剂,可降低ECC活性,使合成脂类物质的原料乙酰CoA减少,脂肪和胆固醇合成量下降,从而改善体脂和血脂的含量及机体形态。健美操运动结合藤黄果提取物双重干预对肥胖女大学生脂代谢控制的效果更为显著,既可降低脂肪合成,亦可促进脂肪消耗,减少体脂(与血脂),塑造良好体形,维护身体健康。

Effect of lipid metabolism and body shape of garcinia cambogia extract and aerobics to obese female college students

Abstract:
To investigate the effect of aerobic exercise combined with garcinia cambogia extract on lipid metabolism of obese female college students, taking 40 female college students as subjects, they were divided into 4 groups: placebo group (group A), aerobics group (group B), garcinia cambogia extract group (group C); aerobics exercise combined with garcinia cambogia extract extract group (Group D). Biochemical indicators such as Triglyceride (TG), serum total cholesterol (STC), highdensity lipoprotein cholesterol (HDLC), lowdensity lipoprotein cholesterol (LDLC), and body fat(PBF) before and after the test (12 weeks) were tested.Morphological indicators such as body mass (BM), body mass index (BMI), waisttohip ratio (WHR), skin pleat thickness (SST), triceps skinfold thickness (TST), abdominal skin pleat thickness (AST) were tested. The results showed that there was no significant difference in the levels of TG, STC, HDLC, LDLC and PBF between group A and group before and after 12 weeks of experiment (P>0.05).The content of TG, STC, LDLC and PBF for Groups B, C and D were decreased (P<0 .01 or p<0.05), and the content of hdlc increased (p<0.05). there was no significant difference in the changes of bm, bmi and whr in group a (p>0.05). The BM, BMI and WHR in Group B, C and D decreased (P<0 .05 or p<0.01). there was no significant difference in the changes of sst, tst and ast in group a (p>0.05).
