一类高维Kloosterman和及其上界估计

引入了一个类似Kloosterman和的特征和, 同时利用Gauss和的性质及广义指数和的估计研究了这个和的上界估计问题, 并得到了一个较强的上界估计。

One kind high-dimensional Kloosterman sums and its upper bound estimate

Abstract:

A new character sums analogous to the high-dimensional Kloosterman sums is introduced.Then using the properties of Gauss sums and the estimate for the generalized exponential sums, the upper bound estimate problem of this sums is studied, and give a sharp upper bound estimate for it.
